Tune into tunics for summer!
If you donāt have any tunic tops, theyāre one style you may want to consider adding to your wardrobe this summer.
TunicsĀ areĀ perfectly lightweight and breezy, and theyāre versatile enough to transition easily from the office to the beach to a backyard barbecue. Not only that, the tunic is a flattering style that looks good on every body type. Check out our tips and tricks forĀ finding tunics that look great on you, and read on for some different ways you can wear tunics this summer:
Pair them with shorts
Because tunics are a longer top and often have sleeves, they look lovely when wornĀ withĀ shorts. Whether youāre wearing knee-length Bermuda-style shorts or a shorter pair, a tunic will help you feel appropriately covered yet comfortable and stylish. Note that because tunics are sometimes a little more voluminous than other blouse styles, you should try to avoid wearing them with skirts.
Wear them with slim-cut pants
Another great option for your tunics is a pair of slim-cut pants or jeans. Skinny jeans complete a putā-together yet casual tunic ensemble, whereas slim-cut trousers and a tunic will look great at the office. To stay cool and comfy over the summer, go for cropped pants and flats or sandals.
Accessorize
Use fun necklaces and belts to add some excitement to your tunic ensemble! A belt can offer definition to a particularly flowy style, and a long necklace can lengthen your neckline, making you look taller. Or, simply welcome the summer season with a pair of sunglasses or a stylishĀ brimmed hat!
Opt for a fun print
Tunics often have a flowy, Bohemian vibe, which is why they so often come in fun prints and patterns. Embrace the warm season by choosing tunics with colorful and fun designs! Wear them with classic blue jeans, black or white pants or even a pair of colored capris that complements one of the tunicās colors.

What the heck is a “peplum”???
Emily
Hi. I really love your clothing but I wish you would add the length of ALL of your tops to your descriptions, the way some other sites have begun to do (such as Jessica London, Pyramid Collections, etc.). Sometimes I buy items that are listed as “tunics” and maybe they’d be tunic-length on a smaller woman, but on me, they’re just a longish shirt. I’d be more likely to purchase from your catalog more often if I KNEW I wouldn’t end up sending the item back because it is too short. I will not wear a top that is less than 28″ long. Thanks!!

Thanks for the comment and suggestion Emily!

I saw a peplum top with sleeves a few minutes ago and now it seem to have disappeared…..Do you take items off when they are sold out ?

Hi Sonia, no we haven’t removed any items. Sorry that you can’t find the peplum top. Was it the one featured in this post? Or you can see all our peplum tops on our site here. Thanks for checking out our blog. Let us know any other feedback and hopefully you find that top again (and buy it!) š

Above is a print tunic that is not in the catalog and can not be ordered. Why would you include a shirt that draws interest to your clothes but no one can order it? If it is a past item in the catalog, maybe it should be taken off this page.

Hi Teresa,
Thanks for the comment. We definitely try to only showcase products that are currently available. The printed top is our Tiger Lily Tunic and it is available to order. Not sure where you saw that it wasn’t? Please let us know. Have a great day!
